What we do

Our Services

There is no ‘one size fits all’ way to heal.  We each must find the healing techniques that work best for our own holistic wellness journeys.  To reach overall wellness, it is important to incorporate techniques that provide mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and soul healing.  For this reason, we strive to continuously develop and offer new, integrative methods of healing.

Holistic Therapy

Manifesting M.E. Wellness acknowledges the difficulties of navigating life transitions and invites reimagining healing amid oppression, trauma, and hormonal imbalances.

Energy Healing

Manifesting M.E. Wellness offers virtual Energy Healing services for self-care, hormone, mental health treatment, and healing exploration.

Consultation & Speaking

Manifesting M.E. Wellness offers services for Black Holistic Mental Health Practitioners, including training, consultation, workshops, and an online community.
