- “I believe that healing is possible and a birthright”
As a first-generation Mexicana/Oaxaqueña I have experienced the trauma & challenges BIPOC folx face as we navigate life in & outside the USA.
In our work together I incorporate approaches from; my master’s program in Mexico City, my experience in community mental health and the wisdom & lived experiences passed down from my elders & ancestors.
My goal is to provide you with a safe place for healing, where all parts of yourself are held as you explore new tools to continue living, healing & thriving.
