Spring is finally here! A season full of renewal, growth, abundance, and A LOT of planetary movement and transitions. During the first month of Spring, we have experienced Mercury going retrograde, a supermoon, and a total solar eclipse.
We are not astrology experts here at Manifesting M.E. Wellness but we are aware of how the astrological events can affect our lives long term and short term. Energetically speaking, April is a month of lots of ups and downs. Spring activates our get up and go mode, while mercury going retrograde launched us into slow down, reflect, and re-write mode, and at the same time the solar eclipse sheds light on our truths. With this energy comes transitions and the question of how do we care for ourselves and ride the wave of nature at the same time?
How do we embody the forward momentum of spring energy all while slowing down and healing our old wounds so that we can emerge through the transitions of seasons and life in the most aligned way possible?
The answers are endless and are defined by each individual.

- Connect with your Intuition: Take a moment to quiet your mind and tune into your inner guidance. What is your intuition telling you about this transition? What insights or messages are you receiving? You can journal your answers.
- Practice gratitude: Take time to appreciate the blessings and lessons of your journey so far. What are you grateful for at this moment? Create a list of 5-10 things you are grateful for and recite them daily, or add them to your morning routine. This list can be repetitive or different every day.
- Call in Reinforcements: If you begin to feel lost, stuck, or out of alignment during your transition this will be a good time to call in reinforcements through therapy or energy healing. - Affirm your worthiness and resilience with affirmations: Remind yourself that you are worthy of love, happiness, and success, regardless of the challenges you may be facing. Affirm your resilience and trust in your ability to navigate this transition with grace and courage. Don’t be afraid to create your own affirmations too!
- Vision boarding: Create a vision board to visualize your dreams, goals, and aspirations for the future. Use images, words, and symbols that resonate with you to manifest your desires and stay focused on your path forward.
- Meditative practices: Explore different meditation techniques such as mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness meditation, or visualization exercises to quiet the mind, reduce anxiety, and cultivate inner peace during transitions.
