We’re back ya’ll! Tune into this video to see Katrina and Kala kick off their monthly conversation on community wellness by discussing the elephant in the room: Black women are unprotected and unheard. What does care look like when harm has occurred? What possibility does transformative justice provide us?
Minority Mental Health Month: Prioritizing Mental Health (7/01/20)
Starting off Minority Mental Health Month right with discussions of our own personal experiences with mental health this month and potential topics for the future! There’s a lot going on in the month of July and it can be easy to be carried away with the stress of it all, so it’s important that we take a step back to make sure we’re prioritizing our mental health during this time.
Minority Mental Health Month: Burnout and Rest (7/29/20)
It’s the fifth and final week of Minority Mental Health Month chats with Katrina and Kala! We want to leave you with the following questions: What does care feel like for you & how do you practice care to prevent burnout? Don’t let the conversation just end here, however! We encourage you all to have these kind of conversations with others more often in the future as well and if you’re in need of guidance, always feel free to reach out to either of us on any of our social media platforms.
Minority Mental Health Month: Community Building (7/22/20)
This week Katrina and Kala discuss examples of celebrity mental health and holistic ways to create safety and support in our communities. Who would you include on your community resource list?
Minority Mental Health Month: Intersectional Wellness (7/15/20)
This week Katrina and Kala explore Intersectional Wellness! As you watch, we invite you all to ask yourself the following questions: What does “intersectionality” mean to you? What does affirmative and inclusive wellness look like in your life?
Minority Mental Health Month: Aligned Activism (7/08/20)
It’s week 2 of Minority Mental Month with Katrina and Kala and we’re curious to know what aligned activism looks like for you! With the resurgence of the BLM movement, we’re witnessing firsthand the ways in which people are crafting their activism around their preferences and showing up ways we haven’t seen before.

Thank you all for your patience and support as we continue rolling with the times.
Now for some more interesting changes… Continue reading “2021 Reiki Updates”
