Aroma Flow is a gentle, trauma-informed yoga class created for all yoga levels and all levels of mental and emotional wellness. Class will focus on connecting to the breath to relieve physical and mental stress. Instructor, Katrina Long, will create an environment for all students to feel safe in order to allow the nervous system to relax and return to balance. Each class will also include the use of essential oils to enhance the healing atmosphere and assist in restoring total body wellness.
