Emotional dysregulation can have a negative impact on our ability to function in our day-to-day lives but essential oils can help.  Explore how oils can help to create and maintain balance through this online video course series.  This series will include several mini-courses addressing common mental and emotional concerns.

Essential oils have been scientifically proven to directly affect the limbic system, which is a part of the brain responsible for emotions, moods, pain, pleasure, and overall behavior. It also helps differentiate between our different emotions. When we smell essential oils, our olfactory lobe creates information based on the smell and sends this impulse to the limbic system, allowing us to impact our moods.

Each mini-course will include:

  • Essential oil recommendations & uses for emotional balance
